    Responsabilitati

    - Sourcing and recruiting appropriate candidates for open positions.
    - Using passive and direct sourcing techniques such as database mining, internet searching, participating in and networking within association’s organizations, cold calling and following the entire life-cycle of the recruitment process.
    - Marketing each job by writing and posting professional, well-branded job postings, both internally and externally.
    - Maintains databases and employee records handling highly confidential material and provides information to employees on matters pertaining to personnel forms and records.
    - Assists employees and managers in the completion of appropriate forms, navigation of HR systems, processes and policies.
    - Drafts documentation to conform with specific local legislative requirements for different stages of the employee lifecycle (employment, changes, exit) ensuring that they are signed and archived according to HRSS and end market rules.
    - Oversees end to end process flows of the employment cycle.
