    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea si solutionarea solicitarilor primite de la clientii companiei prin intermediul telefonic, email, chat;
    Urmarirea si gestionarea solicitarilor clientilor pana la finalizarea pozitiva si completa a acestora;
    Propune si transmite oferte adaptate pe nevoile clientilor;
    Centralizeaza comenzile venite de la clienti;
    Administrarea si dezvoltarea portofoliului de clienti.
