    Requirements

    Our HR Department is growing and we are looking for a Junior Recruitment Sourcer for a determined period of 6 months.

    The opportunity

    You will have the opportunity to learn HR in one of the most dynamic industries, attending training sessions and getting more and more involved in talent hunting, HR projects and offering support for all EY’s service lines such as CBS, Assurance, Tax & Legal, Advisory, Transaction Advisory Services.

    Responsibilities

    Your key responsibilities:

    Use social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates
    Develop candidate pipelines through different recruitment channels
    Pre-screen and schedule candidates for different steps in the EY Recruitment process
    Update candidates records and provide recruitment process feedback
    Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiency
    Assisting and participating in other recruiting activities and events as needed
