    The candidate needs to know English language very well.
    He / she must be a very organized person who knows how to prioritize tasks.
    He / she must have high school education (minimum)
    Previous experience in a supply chain/customer service department will be a plus.


    The main responsibilities of the future employee:

    To make sure that the customers orders are scheduled correctly and no gap will appear between the productions planed jobs and necessary materials.

    Creating customer orders in the CERM, according to internal procedures.
    Scheduling of the production jobs on machines; (The planning)
    Updating the schedule for orders to be produced, according to priorities, materials in stock, etc .;
    Create the production files for the orders to be produced, according to the procedures;
    Creating and listing customer order labels according to customer-approved specifications;
    Monthly stock inventory of packaging materials and consumables;
    Preparing and launching orders to suppliers so that the production operation is ensured in optimal conditions;
    Reception of raw material receptions, consumables and packaging;
    Consumption of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables in operational CERM for the delivered orders;
    Preparation of delivery documentation (CMR, Packing lists, etc.);
    Archiving of production file, packing lists, CMR, etc.
