    Responsabilitati

    • Primeste si raspunde intrebarilor si solicitarilor venite din partea Reprezentantilor, Directorilor de zona si Clientilor atat prin telefon, cat si prin e-mail.
    • Solutioneaza solicitarile primite din partea Reprezentantilor, Directorilor de zona si Clientilor.
    • Furnizeaza informatii referitoare la produse, programe, oferte si servicii.
    • Pastreaza un inalt standard al indicatorilor de performanta privind servirea clientilor.
