În acest moment, Adecco România oferă servicii HR 360 de grade, începând cu studiile salariale care au ca scop furnizarea de informații exacte legate de piață și finalizând cu serviciile de outplacement.
1-2 years of experience in a financial related area or in a domain working with commercial conditions (ex: reporting activities for a sales department, reporting responsibilities in a financial department or within the departments of bank, insurance, brokers) would be a plus.
Must have strong logic approach, the ability to deal with numbers and commercial conditions.
They have to be structured and detail oriented, comfortable in working with Excel and Information Systems.
They have to be motivated for a long term career in Michelin, having also reasonable expectations in terms of growing (to be comfortable to stay at least 2 years in the same job)
Dedicated and available to work extra time in the loaded periods
Serious, respecting deadlines
Focused on finding the solution, not the blame
Logic approach, the ability to deal with numbers and commercial conditions.Quick understanding of an information system
Commercial conditions Management :
Participate to the feasibility study in case of new commercial conditions
Suggest alternative solutions allowing the efficiency improvement of the process
According to commercial contracts, Set-up commercial conditions, validated by Sales + Legal + Pricing Manager + Controller teams
Control the accuracy of due amounts in link with the commercial achievement
Under responsibility of Sales Administration Manager, pay the credit notes / payments related to commercial contracts engagements
Process the customer claims related to commercial conditions :
Analyze and validate customers inquiries
Propose actions in order to improve the practices
Execute corrective actions validated by Sales Administration Manager
Inform the customer
Secure customer financial transactions in order to prove the accuracy of commercial conditions
Ensure the traceability of financial transactions, regardless type of payment
Produce and archive all supporting materials according to the rules in force in the country
