    Responsabilitati

    Pentru clientul nostru, companie multinationala, care are ca activitate fabricarea produselor metalice obtinute prin deformare plastica, metalurgia pulberilor, cu sediul in judetul Timis, cautam un Asistent comercial limba sarba.

    Asigurarea interfetei companiei cu clientii din Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia;
    Mentinerea contactului permanent cu echipa de vanzari alocata, in vederea asistarii si solutionarii in timp util a tuturor situatiilor si cerintelor clientilor;
    Mentinerea unei stranse legaturi cu departamentele Financiar, Productie si Logistica;
    Verificarea existentei documentelor necesare inregistrarii clientilor;
    Introducerea corecta a datelor in softul de gestiune;
    Participarea la intocmirea inventarelor periodice;
    Monitorizarea termenelor de livrare catre clienti;
    Colaborarea si asigurarea suportului tehnic clientilor;
    Deservirea cu promptitudine si profesionalism fiecare client sau potential client;
    Dezvoltarea si implementarea politicii comerciale.
