Master's degree in operations management
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent English skills
Able to develop mid and long term planning strategies
Demonstrated skills in systematic problem solving
Experience leading employees within a planning environment
Experience in developing new and uncharted business solutions which have significant, direct impact on profit and loss
Demonstrated ability to operate in a cross functional environment to develop solutions to maximize business results

Work with Countries and EMEA Product Marketing teams to assess the unconstrained demand forecast
Work with Procurement, Engineering and Factory Management teams to understand the potential materials and capacity issues that could impact the demand
Play a key role in demand steering with the countries and EMEA Product Marketing teams
Monitor daily the evolution of the actual demand to the demand forecast
Highlight all deviations to the EMEA Product Marketing and Supply Chain teams
Make all necessary adjustments to the demand forecast
Follow up deals and countries/customers escalations. Engage closely with Category and Sales
