    24/7 Alarm monitoring for the in-scope technology domains*, arranged in shifts.
    Incident ticket creation
    Ticket assignment group monitoring (for own assignment group)
    Fault resolution for tickets assigned to the Core Front Office team (originating from other Front Office teams or the Customer Care Organization)
    Fault analysis and dispatch to the relevant teams (Other Front Office teams, Back Office teams, Field Service Organization etc.)
    Ticket follow-up on incident tickets dispatched (follow-up responsibility lies with the originating team)
    Post-implementation checks in regard to the Change Management Process










    Fundamentals and principles of telecommunication networks 2G and 3G
    Fundamentals and architecture of circuit switch networks.
    Fundamentals of protocols MAP, ISUP, INAP, CAP
    Roaming principle knowledge is a plus
    IP protocol knowledge is a plus
    UNIX, Linux (RHEL) knowledge is a plus
    German Language mandatory
