– Sa asiguri suport telefonic angajatilor companiei din tarile vorbitoare de limba germana in probleme ce tin de domeniul IT;
– Sa primesti si sa gestionezi cererile clientilor;
– Sa identifici, sa analizezi si sa rezolvi problemele aparute;
– Sa te documentezi si sa prezinti noi solutii de lucru.
