    General Purpose


    To increase NSN product and system solutions sales utilizing wide experience in technologies with defined customers or prospects in sales and marketing support activities.


    Main Responsibility Area


    Sales and marketing support via wide technical sub-system level expertise and internal/external business understanding. Provides solutions to the customer and demonstrates their value. A source of expertise for others in own product/sales area. Understanding client needs and identifying solutions to non-standard queries; actively creating business opportunities.


    Position Description
    • Prepares services solution to fit customer requirement and offer a competitive advantage
    • Performs services scope stripping of the RFP into various business lines of Nokia, with clearly defined ownership and timelines.
    • Assemble, and consolidate the offering from the services business lines to make a compelling sales pitch for a solution that best fits the customer requirements
    • Capture key sales messages as per the customer pain points and align with the strategic intent of the end customer such as gain market share or reduce opex.
    • Ensure services solution consistency of offered solution as per the -Win & Bid Strategy and align the deliverable with Executive summary and technical summary
    • Responsible and accountable for quality review of the services part
    • Responsible for cost optimization of the offered solution and follow smart tendering guidelines
    • Present and defend solution to end customers as per market needs
    • Offer guidance and support the CT and sales team to develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers including unsolicited offers
    • Lead Sales push programs from Services aspects and support the SPOC to generate revenue opportunities
    Position Requirements
    • Customer Business Understanding Languages
    • English (business fluent)
    • French language added advantage
    • Must have good communication skills (oral & written)
    • Microsoft tool proficiency
    • Willing to relocate to Timisoara (Romania)
