    - Studii superioare finalizate;
    - Atestat de formator reprezinta avantaj;
    - Experienta de minim 1 an in training (in domeniul vanzarilor constituie un avantaj);
    - Foarte bune abilitati de operare MS Office;
    - Abilitati de comunicare si interelationare foarte bune;
    - Abilitati de planificare si organizare;
    - Responsabilitate si seriozitate;
    - Abilitati de prezentare.

    Responsabilitati

    - instruirea si formarea agentilor de vanzari din call center in vederea dobandirii cunostintelor, abilitatilor, atitudinii si comportamentelor necesare in activitatea lor curenta;
    - intocmirea planului de formare al noilor angajati si a listei de prezenta la training;
    - elaborarea de propuneri pentru alte nevoi identificate in timpul trainingului si inaintarea de propuneri de dezvoltare;
    - elaborarea materialelor de training, studiile de caz si role-play necesare in training;
    - acordarea de feedback-uri unu la una agentilor de vanzari si cresterea productivitatii acestora.
