Ne vom asigura intotdeauna de respectarea obligatiilor angajatorului si odata cu oferta de munca, veti primi fotografii cu punctul de lucru, dar si imagini cu locuinta pentru angajati a companiei, in care veti locui pe perioada contractului, angajatorul oferind training platit, cazare si asigurare medicala, dar si decontarea tranportului.

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
Strong people skills
The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

Working as part of a strong in-store team, you will be responsible for selling a state-of-the art range of skincare products as well as working with your team colleagues to run a smooth and efficient counter. As a Beauty Consultant you will undergo thorough training on an ongoing basis in order to develop your customer service and business skills helping you to achieve successful career progression within our Company. This position requires full flexibility and the ability to do additional hours if required at key times. As a Beauty Consultant you will deliver outstanding customer service and achieve all retail targets. You will also demonstrate your flair for relationship building by working closely with the store management to maximise the programme of launch activities and promotions. Always leading by example, the Beauty Consultant must consistently demonstrate the highest standards of service excellence. This key role is also an essential stepping stone for anyone committed to progressing a career in field management.
