- Place orders for office supplies

- Take and relay messages
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Greet persons entering the company
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative support
- Tidy and maintain the reception area clean
