    Cerinte

    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

    Requirements:

    - Educated to Bachelor degree level;
    - Strong, proven English language skills – both verbal and written;
    - Typically 1-4 years of related experience (e.g. Business Analysis, Statistics, Economics, Reporting, Analytics);
    - Medium to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel), Access is a plus;
    - Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
    - Ability to work both independently and in a team (local and virtual) and to show initiative;
    - Advanced communication skills with ability to convey medium impact messages clearly (verbal, written and presentation) to internal peers and management;
    - Ability to Adapt and Quickly Adjust to Change;
    - Ability to Work in a multi-cultural Fast Paced Environment;
    - Fast learner.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    The Sales Enablement team is supporting the Enterprise Solution organization providing assistance in ensuring and analyzing the business information in accordance with the strategy and priorities set by the business to reach the organization goals.

    * Reporting:
    - Recurrent report production within the timelines agreed and with high data quality;
    - Creation and maintenance of report documentations;
    - Management of ad-hoc report production requests received from the business within the agreed SLA;

    * Testing:
    - Testing of the existing tools used by the organization in case of structural changes or of new tool when introduced, following the defined test cases;

    * Analysis:
    - Creates specific analysis with the parameters and KPIs defined and requested by the business management within the agreed SLA;

    * Data crunching:
    - Compile and consolidate big volume of data into formats relevant for the business stakeholders so they can derive conclusions and take actions.
