Master Data Manager

Having approximate 4000 employees (mostly higher educated) in BPO and temporary work assignments, as of 2021, PROHUMAN APT ranks in the Top 3 HR providers in Romania.

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Master Data Manager.

Requirements:

- First-level university degree or equivalent experience;
- Typically 4-6 years of related experience in IT/business operations;
- Thorough knowledge of an IT company operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements;
- Strong communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English;
- Strong knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements;
- Demonstrated project management, problem solving, and analytical skills;
- Basic financial and business acumen; Excel advanced skills required;
- Ideally data analytics / master data management experience.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing reporting, statistical trends and analysis for the business;
- Shares responsibility for building, validating and automating new metrics, dashboards and reports;
- Takes ownership for designing and building incisive and meaningful monitoring measures;
- Identifies performance trends and recommends initiatives to address weaknesses and leverage opportunities;
- Foster thought leadership by keeping abreast of industry best practices;
- Recommend strategies leveraging an analytical approach to deliver objectives and achieve results;
- Develop dashboards and provide transparency of results (e.g., daily monitoring) and communicate effectively to all levels and partners;
- Execute deep dive analytics for areas within the dashboard or daily results relative to plan, forecast or targets.
