    Cerinte

    Studii superioare/ medii cu profil economic;
    Experienta minima in institutii financiar-bancare: 1 an;
    Cunostinte in domeniul bancar si regulamente bancare si cele specifice activitatii desfasurate, legi despre protectia civila si securitatea si sanatatea la locul de munca.
    Cunostinte limba engleza - nivel mediu-avansat.

    Responsabilitati

    Asigura suport pentru clientii care utilizeaza servicii electronic banking si care contacteaza Biroul Servicii Clienti Cash Management telefonic si/sau email;
    Genereaza fisiere cu informatii si rapoarte de reconciliere specifice (ex. fisiere cu incasari, fisiere cu refuzuri, fisiere cu mandate de debitare directa, extrase de cont de trezorerie etc.) si le transmite clientilor;
    Preia si solutioneaza incidentele si cererile din partea clientilor;
    Informeaza corespunzator clientii care utilizeaza servicii electronic banking, la solicitarea acestora sau din initiativa bancii, privind tranzactiile initiate care se refera;
    Asigura buna functionare a serviciului de preluare si expediere a extraselor de cont si initierea instructiunilor de transfer a sumelor din conturile deschise de clienti la trezoreria statului;
    Contacteaza clientii in vederea obtinerii de informatii suplimentare, corectarii fisierelor de instructiuni, reinitierii de operatiuni etc. in legatura cu serviciile electronic banking si/sau produsele si serviciile bancare pentru care asigura activitati suport.
