Sourcing Execution Senior Analyst with Italian - Iasi location

• Minimum 3 years professional experience in analytic role
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or international business management or equivalent
• Procurement experience is a plus
• Experience in online sourcing platforms such as Ariba
• Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end acquisition project cycles
• Significant proven competency in contracting/negotiation processes and best practices
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Process oriented with excellent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
• Proficiency to mentor and train resources on existing and new processes

• Design and implement cost savings projects across multiple practices
• Facilitate documents and forms to complete supplier evaluations and contracting
• Engage with customers’ senior management team members to drive and communicate progress
• Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and customer stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies
• Document savings achieved from sourcing projects
• Lead a team of 3 to 6 team members
• Coach and develop team members in their performance and professional development
• Measure team workload and performance to achieve contracted savings targets
• Manage and lead multiple individuals at different career levels
• Facilitate trainings for team members
