Product Lifecycle Management Trainer

Excellent communication skills in English and German(verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the organization;
Holistic /process-oriented way of thinking;
Team player, Customer orientation;
Excellent computer skills, Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point), e-mail and internet applications;
Ability to deal with conflict;
Able to independently solve and implement heterogeneous problems, processes and procedures, performance review in greater intervals;
Willingness to travel up to 80% of working time.
It would be nice to have:
Several years of experience as a trainer or consultant in the automotive industry or IT industry;
Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM;
Knowledge of SAP;
Knowledge of CAx tools.
Designing, organizing and carrying out IT training courses;
Compiling and updating training material in German and in English;
Continually optimizing the training courses and keeping track of performance reviews;
Assisting users in solving problems and on methods issues within the scope of providing subsequent training support;
Participating in testing and evaluating new functions, as well as ensuring the functionalities when systems are changed;
Participating in tests to ensure the training courses;
Participating in setting up Requirement Specifications.
