Coordinating the QA team
Implementing testing procedures and establishing testing guidelines
Develop and maintain project documentation using standard templates and the guidelines
Assist with task breakdown and assignment within the QA team
Oversee test execution activities
Design and develop comprehensive test cases to validate applications
Work closely with programming teams and testers to ensure the smooth launch of new code updates or additional features
