    Requirements

    For our client, an international agricultural co-operative group, we are looking for an Office Assistant.

    Supporting for Invoicing tasks;
    Sending invoices to the customers;
    Sorting of financial and accounting documents;
    Supporting for marketing campaigns;
    Delivering to the sales department of materials from marketing campaigns;
    Supporting to making and receiving the price lists;
    Answering telephones, direct calls, and taking messages.
    Other support activities.

    Responsibilities

    Good communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Romanian;
    Autonomous with fast learning abilities;
    Good planning and organising skills;
    Ability to work well within a team;
    Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
    Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
