    Requirements

    University degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Good TCP/IP / Networking skills
    • Very good Linux and Windows command lines skills, Bash shell scripting
    • Good knowledge of MySQL databases
    • Good knowledge of DHCP/DNS
    • Advanced knowledge in English a
    • Ability to analyze and solve technical problems

    Responsibilities

    Provide support services to all Mood Europe affiliates, sometimes being also directly in contact with our clients
    • Follow up incidents where necessary (communicate with the internal departments on escalated issues)
    • Investigate and solve technical issues regarding hardware or software failures
    • Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the online devices, using specific monitoring tools
