Professional/graduate education (seasoned professional) usually acquired through a bachelors degree or professional certification with substantial (five to seven) years of experience in a specialized field (highly proficient in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on a thorough understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context);
Design/set up methods of resolution (primarily within a verified knowledge base) for differing and complex situations, including a detailed analysis of the situation/ causes;
Clearly defined, but not comprehensive guidelines; general monitoring of success (as part of mid-term goals);
Very good command of English;
Good command of German would be an advantage;
Advanced experience in international management with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA focus;
Manage the medium-sized organizational unit Consulting Support Processes as an interface between our internal clients and IT software development, related to requirements from Finance and Controlling, HR, Purchasing etc. with focus Europe;
Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame;
Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it;
Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel;
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor;
Break down and prioritize group goals for associates;
Cooperate in the development of IT products, processes and services, in close cooperation with internal and external service providers;
Identify strategic advantages over competitors, in the form of processes, information technologies, or specialized knowledge;
Cooperate in developing concepts and implementing improvement programs to optimize the processes in functional column I, as well as identifying best practices;
Assure the documentation, maturity and quality testing for processes and a wide range of IT products and services, in order to fulfill conditions that were contractually agreed with the customer.
