    Cerinte

    Experience:
     +3 years working experience as an IT analyst or reporting data analyst in a highly computing environment.
     Strong experience with data analysis and reporting activities, which includes :
    o Good understanding of logical and physical data models and relationships
    o Experience with database reporting
    o Experience with specific reporting tools
     Experience working in a Delivery center with exposure to multiple teams would be nice to have.

    Skills:
     Knowledge of some or multiple computing platforms, solutions and technologies such as Windows Server 2008+, SAN storage, Microsoft Exchange, Network technologies in a global environment. Network skills are preferred.
     Good understanding of virtualization platforms; backup types and technologies; database types and technologies; storage types and technologies; networks and telephony; end user computing; projects; incident management.
     Profficient in Microsoft Office (2010 and 2013) – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
     Excellent skills in Excel. Ability to assemble big reports and use of pivots and formulas is a must.
     Experience with customer satisfaction improvements;
     ITSM and reporting tools awareness;
    Non-technical skills
     Well-developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated approach for teamwork;
     Capability to work independently with minimal general supervision, results driven;
     Able to work in a fast paced environment, stress resilient;
     Basic knowledge of ITIL and other service management best-practices;
     Mature problem solving skills;
     Stress resistant;
     Strong consultative and communication skills, decisiveness and strong judgment;
     Good understanding of negotiation approaches and vendor management and collaboration.

    Responsabilitati

     Asset management & clean up – work on regular reports and follow up with the Operational teams on the action items.
     Wan overview and fit for purpose – work with the Regional Infra team to ensure optimization of WAN capacity for the BU sites;
     Customer satisfaction follow up
    o Work with the regional Delivery team on the customer satisfaction reports;
    o Prepare and complete action plans;
    o Identify customer service trends;
    o Determine improvements;
    o Take actions based on feedback and increase customer satisfaction;
     Support the Capacity and Deman team to reconcile the regional billing and support review of the Infrastructure invoices.
     Purchasing approvals – review and approve requests for purchasing software and hardware assets using Maximo or other tools as needed;
     Other related tasks
    o Reporting – Act as point of contact for the regional Infrastructure team on the operational reports;
    o Assemble several business performance reports for monthly reviews.
    o Support Capacity and Demand team on the project reporting.
    o Document changes o nthe current updated procedures
    o Involvement and follow up on immediate priority tasks supporting regional GL IT team

    The Infrstructure Reporting Analyst reporting to the Capacity and Demand leadership will support the EMEA Region’s Capacity and Demand team and as well the Service Delivery Advisors with data and reports on the operational and project side.
    The role is accountable for compiling business data and developing, building and maintaining reporting to evaluate results including interpreting statistical and operational data under minimal supervision.
    Work scope would include dashboards, scorecards and analytic models that present data in dynamic context to yield useful insights and steer appropriate organizational focus. The Infra Reporting Analyst will also support the Capacity and Deman team to reconcile the regional billing with resources actually provisioned during the billing period. This role will support the regional demand team in the project space to make sure priorities are well established with the Project teams and as well take escalations forward and help establish and review the montly project invoices versus the project portfolio.
