Litigation Lawyer

Requirements:

• Mid-level litigation lawyer with at least 3 years of experience;
• Duly Qualified lawyer (bar examination completed);
• Extensive litigation knowledge;
• Proficiency in English;
• Computer skills;
• Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: Real Estate, Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative actions for court files;
• Drawing up legal documents from court files (actions, suggestions, written conclusions, opinions on expert reports);
• Completing the formalities for obtaining grafts certificates;
• Legal representation and assistance at court hearings;
• Availability to travel outside Bucharest for legal proceedings ;
• Drafting actions, complaints, appeals, legal opinions etc.
