The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following key skills, attributes, knowledge and experience:
Analytical and fast learning skills;
Prioritization, project management, time management and attention to detail;
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Data analysis and Excel skills with ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data;
2+ years’ experience in running compensation cycles, and other compensation and benefits initiatives;
Process improvement and change management mindset;
Problem solving to identify, escalate and resolve issues effectively;
Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with other departments;
Written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate across multiple levels;
Good judgement & reasoning abilities are required;
BA in economics/business/technology and 2+ years related experience;
Microsoft Office – Excel advanced level; Power Point;
English language: advanced. Romanian language: proficient.
Perform analysis of Total Reward scheme in comparison with the market and organization overall strategic objective and HR vision;
Develop professional relationship with internal customers acting as a subject matter expert in Total Reward area;
Identify and implement actions to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in terms of reward;
Develop and coordinate programs to improve the well-being of employees;
Ensure best use of salary surveys through accurate reporting and relevant reports analyses;
Participate and contribute to budget building and control during the year, perform different simulations for people costs;
Answer employee queries on compensation and benefit matters.
