    People employed on this position shall report directly to Operations Director

    and be responsible for:

    • Operations in the sales area comprising over a dozen stores;
    • Implementation of the business objectives (budget implementation, cost control etc.);
    • Implementation of the existing corporate standards;
    • Personnel management (recruitment, training, motivating).


    We expect:

    • At least 3-year experience at the Area Manager position in a company holding a retail chain;
    • Experience at the managerial position in a store is an asset – preferred clothing and general merchandise sector;
    • Excellent knowledge of the retail sale specific nature;
    • HR management and decision-making abilities;
    • Ability to respond to changes quickly and act efficiently under time pressure;
    • Good command of English;
    • B-class driving license and readiness for intense field work
    • Readiness for training, lasting over dozen weeks, outside the place of residence
