    Requirements:
    - Bachelor�s degree and a specialization in engineering, highly appreciated MBA
    - Preferable work experience in commercial and/or technical sector
    - Technical mindset and understanding of dynamics in industrial business
    - Strong organizational skills and structured approach in managing activities
    - Entrepreneurial spirit and ambition in professional growth
    - Result oriented and capacity to develop new ideas and solutions
    - Mapping capabilities for complex organizations
    - Ability to work with a multi-level approach and to communicate effectively with all organizational levels
    - Knowledge of main IT tools (i.e. Office)
    - Fluent in English

    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:
    - Develop structured customers with high level of complexity in the sector of Energy & Industry & Government
    - Manage in a strategic and operative way the assigned territory with own customer platform, according to the commercial and marketing strategy
    - Consulting service to the customers on the range of products, services and software Hilti and define solutions high customized to develop of the customers
    - Reach the sales target and manage the customer financial dimensions
    - Team working in close synergy with others sales channels and with the engineering team
    - Implementation of online channel
