    Cerinte

    - Experienta de minim 3 ani pe o pozitie similara in activitate B2B in IKA si NKA (Carrefour, Cora, Dedeman, Kaufland, Selgros, Altex, Flanco);

    - Permis de conducere categoria B - min. 2 ani experienta;

    - Cunostinte de Excel si limba engleza peste medie;

    - Cunoasterea zonei de acoperire arondate;

    - Abilitati de negociere si vanzari foarte bune;

    - Persoana dinamica si repsonsabila;

    - Capacitati de planificare si organizare foarte bune;

    - Promptitudine si rapiditate;

    - Ambitie si orientare catre rezultat;

    - Abilitati de interrelationare excelente;

    - Disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente;

    - Putere de concentrare si rezistenta la stres.

    Responsabilitati

    - Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatilor cu lanturile de magazine IKA/NKA;

    - Vizitarea periodica a zonei arondate si a retelelor de magazine;

    - Plasarea de comenzi si mercantizarea marfii;

    - Evaluarea gradului de satisfacere a cererii prin deplasari zilnice pe rute stabilite in zona in care este responsabil;

    - Realizarea planului de vanzari fata de targetul stabilit;

    - Monitorizarea periodica a concurentei;

    - Furnizarea de rapoarte specifice catre superiorul direct;

    - Promovarea imaginii, brandurilor, produselor societatii prin toate mijloacele conferite de IKA/NKA;

    - Responsabilitatea de crestere a cotei de piata si a volumului de vanzarilor;

    - Urmarirea incasarii contravalorii facturilor emise, conform termenelor stabilite in contract.
