    Intercompany AP Accountant
    Location: Prague
     
    Responsibilities
    • Process payable inventory invoices
    • Reconcile GL balances on intercompany (IC) accounts to the source systems
    • Investigate and resolveany errors with operating companies where required
    • Coordinate IC netting for Synthes with involved teams, and communicate with IC partners
    • Reconcile IC loan accounts
    • Handle the communication on intercompany queries on a professional level
    • Resolve all outstanding issues/errors
    • Reporting & Accounting Period Close
    • Create IC statements and other reports as required
    • Calculate and prepare IC accruals
    • Communicate identified differences with IC partners
    • Prepare AP Reconciliation
    • Track IC aging with regards to inventory payables
    Qualifications
    • Advanced level of English
    • Experience in accounting is an advantage
    • Good understanding of accounting principles (payables/receivables) required
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
    • Logical problem solving skills
    • Independent, proactive and customer oriented person
    • Good communication and organization skills
    • Ability to prioritise and schedule workload
    • Team spirit, loyality
