    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for upload of correct and adequate intercompany prices
    • Maintain ICP inbox & timely answer the queries
    • Monitor completeness, accuracy and consistency of Intercompany prices in global reporting system as well as in invoicing system
    • Calculate prices of kits
    • Support related aspects of projects (e.g. on boarding of new warehouses and franchises) and provide ad hoc analyses and reports
    • Document analyses, controls and reports in accordance with J&J policies and procedures (SOX)
    • Actively support continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and speed of processes
    • Make sure that Key Performance Indicators are delivered within the targets 

    Qualifications
    • Financial & accounting background big advantage
    • Master Data experience is a plus, but no necessary
    • MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required) 
    • Advanced level of written and oral English
    • Good communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Stress resistant – able to work under preassure
    • Good organization skills – good time management & able to set priorities
    • Ability to build and establish a good working relationship with all the stakeholders
    • Team spirit
