Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in call center services
Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate into "best solution" offering.
Fluency in English and strong PC literacy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm and sales oriented personality.
Able to manage multiple processes and tasks with limited direction.
Ability to perform in a true ‘hunter’ role.
The Sales Consultant will have the overall responsibility for all the sales activities in assigned Call Center Services.
Attract new clients and monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information.
Use proven sales process and methodology to uncover new business opportunities for call center services to new and existing customers.
Maximize sales revenue and profitability.
Present & provide information about company services via phone sales calls, customer meetings and pricing.
Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Preparing sales activity reports according to the Group’s policy
Negotiating pricing and contract terms with the Customers
Preparing bids, RFI’s, RFP’s and contracts. Participating in tenders
