Support Technician with German & English

Guillemot Corporation is looking for Support Technicians with German & English for its Technical Support department based in Bucharest.

Your profile:

- Fluency in German is a must. A good level of English is also mandatory. Other languages are a plus.
- General technical knowledge. In-house trainings will compensate for any missing or incomplete knowledge.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented
- Ambitious and motivated
- Willing to learn new technologies

- You will work as company representative in relation with customers and you will use support systems and technical functional knowledge to remotely resolve technical issues
- You will solve the queries of the customers for the company’s products (Hercules & Thrustmaster) by offering solutions that respect the existing quality and efficiency standards
- You will treat customer queries via phone and/or e-mail in accordance with the internal existing procedures
