    Responsabilitati

    Active involvement in the specific activities required by implementation of the Assisted Buying Hotline processes
    Designing Assisted Buying Hotline processes
    Preparing and validating process manuals
    Verifying status or Purchase Orders, delivery delays
    Providing 1st level support for escalations with suppliers
    Performing changes in Purchase Orders;
    Preparing the activity reports.
