    Your Mission

    Advising businesses on the impact, interpretation and implementation of new policies and legislation

    Your Role in a Nutshell

    • Drafting and/or reviewing various documents needed from the internal company organisation`s legal perspective
    • Providing accurate, timely and effective legal advice on different legal matters that could occur during the daily activities (i.e.: personal data issues, banking secrecy etc) and suggesting courses of action
    • Legal points of view for corporate law, commercial and human resources topics
    • Assistance and representation in relation to any types of disputes or litigation
    • Legal representation in case of litigations
    • Manage the transactions for the social life of the company (BoD, AGOA, AGA, Article of Incorporation, Data Protection file etc);
    • Manage the process for modification of the BoD members, modification of the social headquarter and Article of Incorporation;
    • Manage the relation with corporate regulatory Bodies (Trade Registry, Data Protection Authority);
    • Manage the insurance policies (life& health, EEI, property, D&O) in coordination with BRD/SEGL/ASS; renewals, claims files; Group plafonds follow-up;
    • Monitor company or workforce adherence to labor agreements
    • Act as SPOC between HR BPs and any third parties on topics such as: labor law advises & court cases (if case), tax advises, immigration from and into Romania for EU and non-EU citizens
    • Insure legal support to HRCorp on Tax Exemption and any other tax incentives and identifies the risks

    A little about You

    • General law practice on civil law, with focus on: corporate law, commercial law, protection of personal data, labor law (taxation matters would be an advantage)
    • Solid legal background in a multinational environment (bank/insurance/outsourcing services/regulated industry is a plus)
    • Act as a SPOK (single point of knowledge) and SPOC (single point of contact) for corporate functions - provide legal& general secretary support for effective and efficient process delivery
    • Ability to adapt to the internal company mechanisms and flows
    • Minim 5 years relevant professional experience
    • Fluency in English and French
    • Microsoft Pack Office
