    Senior Project Manager-CRM and Business Development

    Your Mission

    Contribute to the implementation of transversals SG EBS projects with a strong collaboration also with Groupe Societe Generale  stakeholders for the common projects and contribute to the relationship management and business development strategy.

    Your Role in a Nutshell:

             · Frame the mission objective and follow appropriate methodology and governance in coordination with the Project and /or Program Manager
             · Leads organizational tasks independently in accordance with the objectives of the Sponsor;
             · Act as a high standard service provider for our internal clients
    Analyze and assess potential impact of the mission to other teams, processes and departments to ensure delivery of sponsor objectives;
             · Plan and lead workshops with stake holders to obtain conclusive inputs and feedback;
             · Report to management the progress on the mission as well as potential issues/alerts
             · Contribution to the global business developments strategy
             · Preparation of the  business value proposal to the potential clients
             · Contribution to the market intelligence watch strategy
             · Contribution to the relationship of global management framework implementation

    A little about You:

             · Previous experience in project management (preferable within BPO/SSC environment) (+3 years).
             · Lean 6 Sigma skills
             · Fluency in English& French
             · Communication skills
             · Strong analytical skills
    · Result oriented, high flexibility and work autonomy
             · Change Management/Change Leadership, customer centricity
