Junior Project Manager

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience managing projects
• BS/MS degree, preferable in civil works
• Experience or exposure to civil works and/or structural design
• Exposure to multicultural and international environment would be considered a plus
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Project and hands-on skills of Microsoft Office suite
• PM basic skills – planning, organizing, decision, analyzing, data collection, reporting, presentation
• Performance oriented attitude (proactivity, self-motivation, flexibility, openness, responsibility, results and detail oriented, creativity)
• Superb organizational, interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
• Proficient in English; French language would be considered a plus
• Strong will for professional development

Job Function

To support our increasing telecom tower solutions demand and business development, we need a Junior Project Manager in our group support Design Team that is growing with new team members and new competencies.

Working in our primary R&D center from Romania, the project manager we are looking for must be able to sustain the fast growth of the organization, cultural diversity and the implementation of new, diverse and innovative civil works solutions.

Reporting to the Group Chief Infrastructure Officer, the right candidate will be exposed to a high diversity of design related documentation and operations. The right candidate must oversee the completion of project tasks related to the presales and after sales activity for the Infrastructure business line. Our Junior Project Manager will be our management-support associate, responsible for design project administration and support.

Tasks

• Quickly develop relationships with key stakeholders and partners, managing all related inquiries regarding our international infrastructure projects
• Update and document the project operations from RFQs to BOM and final designs
• Facilitate progress on all operations through PM resourcess (documentation, analyses)
• Assist the team through project reporting and presentations
