Deep knowledge and experience with CATIA V5
At least 5 years of experience with mechanical design
Experience with metal and plastic
Experience in the area of Infotainment, Instrument Cluster or Body Control Module
Experience with PBug, FMEA
MS Office Skills
Excellent English skills necessary
Japanes, French, German or Italian language skills are appreciated

Participate in the mechanical design for display function & head-up display
Contact with HW team to get electrical requirements
Contact with purchasing and suppliers
Create 2D/3D data for mechanical parts
Concept of design
Participate in mechanical design reviews
Make quotation drawings
Create Customer and Internal Outside View Drawings
Create production instructions
Prepare material for production trials
Create BOM for factory
Create mechanical PH for the project
Create FMEA
Follow mechanical reliability tests and support Reliability Test team
Mechanical parts approval
Business Trips
