Junior Sales Operations Analyst

o Bachelor’s degree - economic background would be a plus
o Great systems skills including Excel & Power Point are required
o Ability to work with a SFA is a plus
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Fluent in English, both spoken and written
o Ability to deliver under tight deadlines to multiple stakeholders
o Reporting and analysis for the Sales and Trade Departments, including executing reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis and any other ad hoc tactical reports
o Collect, consolidate and generate accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports or any other business review reports or presentations
o Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
o Ensure accurate and complete data is captured in all the tools, including CRM system used by the team. Clean data when appropriate
