    JOB REQUIREMENTS · Ensure the first level of pro-active technical support for various customers of the company · Monitor video activity on Mood players · Identify, solve whenever possible and report technical problems following specific procedures · Work cooperatively with Romanian and foreign colleagues SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE · English – working language level · Knowledge of French is a plus · Very good computer skills, excellent knowledge of MS Office applications · Responsible, well organized, extremely thorough, open, assertive, proactive, analytical and logical person · Excellent team player as well as independent worker, cross-cultural communication skills are a plus Why MOOD?
