    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Driving Large Cloud Projects
    • Vmware ESX capacity and design
    • Remote Administration – Remote tools
    • Windows 2008/2012 OS Administration L3/L4
    • Windows 2008/12 Active Directory, DNS experience
    • IBM/Lenovo Hardware server troubleshooting
    • Working with multiple vendors to resolve complex issues in production environment
    • SAN Multipathing , windows ADS/WDS Deployment , VMware ESXi builds
    • vSphere installation, configuration/management of clusters
    • VMWare HA/DRS experience
