    We are looking for a colleague to join our Financial Advisory Services team:

    • Graduate in Economics or other relevant areas
    • With 3-5 years working experience in financial institutions (ex insurance, banks, leasing) and/or audit&advisory companies
    • Passionate about the financial services industry
    • Good analytical & numerical skills
    • Computer skills (MS Office)
    • Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English/ French/ German
    • Willingness to continuously improve their knowledge

    What will be his/ her role within our team:

    • To asses the risks in financial services companies
    • To revise the compliance of the internal policies to the industry regulatory requirements
    • To analyze the financial indicators during the audit missions
    • To revise the financial and risks due to regulatory institutions
    • To improve and implement new process flows and controls for our clients
