    Coca-Cola HBC Romania este cea mai mare companie din industria bauturilor si a doua cea mai mare din industria bunurilor de larg consum (FMCG), in plan local. Producem, imbuteliem local si distribuim in Romania si in zece alte tari din regiune bauturile din portofoliul Companiei Coca Cola. De asemenea, in Romania suntem cel mai mare exportator din industria bauturilor, cu o cota de aproape 30 de procente din toate exporturile de bauturi. Bauturile noastre sunt produse si imbuteliate in cele 3 fabrici pe care le detinem la nivel local in Ploiesti, Timisoara si Poiana Negrii. Cu o prezenta locala de peste 25 de ani, ne-am asumat un puternic angajament de a ne desfasura activitatea intr-un mod sustenabil, in interesul clientilor, furnizorilor, consumatorilor si angajatilor nostri. Coca Cola HBC, unul dintre cei mai mari imbuteliatori Coca Cola a fost numita in 2017, pentru al patrulea an consecutiv, lider al sustenabilitatii in industria bauturilor, conform clasamentului Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

    In anul 2017, Coca-Cola HBC Romania a investit 7 milioane de euro la fabrica din Timisoara pentru a deschide o linie de imbuteliere doze de mare viteza, cu o capacitate maxima de productie de 90.000 de doze/ora. Noua linie de imbuteliere este cea mai rapida linie de imbuteliere de bauturi care exista in prezent pe piata din Romania si are un grad inalt de automatizare de ultima generatie.

    Requirements:

    Experience: FMCG industry , worked in commercial analysis
    Strong Analytical skills and experience
    Intellectual curiosity and ability to search out facts without prior process/guidance

    Ability to set & manage deadlines in a dynamic and changing environment.
    Power Point, Excel - high level, SAP knowledge; University Degree,
    English - advanced

    Responsabilitati

    Main Objectives:

    Maintains a strong collaboration with Logistics department
    Accountable for driving a strong control environment, delivering operational excellence and contribute to process improvement in Supply Chain Logistics area
    Provides insights to business partners and department manager in regards to cost reduction opportunities.
    Responsibilities:

    Manages Warehouse, Distribution, Haulage and Fleet Budgets totalling an annual budget of 40+ Millions Euro
    Responsible of understanding and challenging the supply chain logistics operations profitability and to manage investment projects in this area, taking an active role in the specific supply chain logistics internal projects.
    Performs and coordinates various analysis for Logistics OPEX
    Act as a key business partner for Warehouse, Distribution and Haulage Operational Managers and their teams to support the delivery of key priorities.
    Actively participates in the annual business planning process
    Involved in the monthly closing process, providing support to business partners and act as a single point of contact with BSO (centralized financial shared services)
    Accountable for ensuring accurate & on time delivery of Group’s forecast/month end closing deadline
    Evaluates and minimizes cost for new or potential products/services, being an active part of the supply chain projects
    Analyzes actual results and identifies potential risks and possible opportunities in time to propose solutions
    Ensures that all information are updated and available for the Group and local Management Team
