    Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree
    Proven experience with technical support
    Technical background (studies in Computer Science)
    Analytical thinking (to be able to identify root cause of a problem - log and code analysis)
    Customer facing (to be able to communicate in such a manner that is understandable to the end customer )
    Willing to learn and improve
    Linux- proven experience with unix based systems
    Oracle/SQL - be able to create, run and analyze queries
    CFT configuration
    Control-M knowledge would be a plus
    Shell Scripting proven experience
    English: Fluent; French: Nice to have

    Responsibilities

    · Participate in a database and OS migration process
    · Perform introduction and deployment of the migrated applications in the Prod. Test&Production Environments;
    · Plan, coordinate, and assist the technical implementation of the migration process in the Development and Production Environments;
    · Perform functional and performance tests based on agreed pre-requisites and requirements for on both migrated and old server;
    · Administration, maintenance, troubleshooting and incident resolution, if required in cooperation with the Client or 3rd party suppliers
    · Assists in the deployment and configuration process for in-scope applications
    · Follow internal procedures and processes
    · Monitor integrations between applications
    · Raise requests to client or other applicable 3rd party provider;
