    For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for an Account Delivery with English language.

    Requirements:

    - Resistance to stress, working under pressure;
    - Previous experience in positions that involved customer relationship both face to face and through various means of communication;
    - Supervising compliance with operational procedures and standards;
    - Good understanding of internal processes, applications / tools and how to use them to solve current cases;
    - Ability to participate or lead projects aimed at process improvements or quality;
    - Familiar with the IT domain;
    - Ease, clarity and coherence in expression;
    - Meeting the deadlines;
    - Provides quality results.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Follow carefully the open service’s cases by the company’s clients and assuring that are solved in time (communicating with the service partners and the company’s call-center);
    - Assuring that the merchandise is delivered in no time by the help of internal tools;
    - Ordering cartridges within the system and keeping the evidence of each and every order;
    - Keeping the evidence of possible equipment or configuration changes;
    - Ensuring that the equipment in the contracts is permanently active and communicates with the reporting company's servers;
    - Managing contracts with service partners and other suppliers;
    - Creating monthly activity reports for each client (printed pages, delivered toners, service cases, etc.) to report to management;
    - Helping the Account Delivery Manager to implement new contracts (placement of equipment orders, implementation plan, etc.).
