HR Senior Specialist

 Profile
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR, preferably in business partnering and multinational company;
Very good knowledge of Labour Law;
Team Player, Action and Customer oriented
University degree - courses or related to HR field

Responsibilities
Delivers HR support to the business and ensures that the HR Strategy is fully aligned with business goals;
Acts as advisor on all HR policies and processes for all employees;
Brings HR insight to fully address all people related issues: capabilities, organization, leadership and culture;
Responsible for activation of the local HR plan in respect to the following areas: talent management, reward & benefits, learning, recruitment, employer branding, employee relations, position management, data quality, communication;
Interface with Service delivery, Expertise Teams, support areas (e.g., Finance, Legal, Corporate affairs, etc.), to ensure delivery of core HR services to the business.
Supports the collection & analysis of HR metrics for the business across HR lifecycle;
Supports the delivery of, and the compliance with Unilever HR Policies, processes and local employment / labour legislation for all employees.
