• Very good IT-skills (MS Office), SAP;
• Proficient in German and English;

• Capacity to organize and make decisions.
• Active involvement in the specific activites required by implementation of the Assisted Buying Hotline processes;
• Creating solving ticket in SMT and internal tool OTRS additional;
• Designing Assisted Buying Hotline processes;
• Preparing and validating process manuals;
• Verifying status of Purchase Orders, delivery delays;
• Providing 1st level support for escalations with suppliers;
• Performing changes in Purchase Orders;
• Work in a dynamic and global environment with many opportunities to grow and develop.
