    What we look for?
    Experience with indirect sales (through partners) as big advantage;
    Technical background in Energy business (like HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, hydraulic, renewable resources);
    Independent in sales, proactively searching for new customers;
    Hunter of requests for quote;
    Helpful and positive person with focus on customer needs;
    Team player;
    Very good English skills;
    Energetic person who is available to travel more than 50% of the time.

    Responsabilitati

    What we aspect you to do?
    Develop sales through channels – distributors, system builders, manufactures, local OEMs;
    Take care of existing customers, new customers acquisition;
    Product responsibility – brazed and gasketed plate heat exchangers for Energy Industry including spare parts and services;
    Be able to design and promote responsible products/services;
    Travel in Romanian territory with target of at least 6 customer visits per week;
    Meet the buying customers and potential prospects regularly;
    Gain market knowledge and base on it specify priorities for growth.
