    •Prepares various business related analysis for the Board Member
    •Organizes and participates in meetings, prepares the agenda and the summary
    •Support the implementation of defined actions
    •Keeps evidence of the daily agenda for the Board Member
    •Collect, analyze and synthesize necessary information
