The ideal candidate should have:
Minimum 2 years of experience as assistant for marketing or trade marketing;
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or marketing;
Excellent English skills, both oral and writen;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Driving license Cat B;
Available to travel about 50% of the time;
At a personal level, the ideal candidate should be proactive, able to work independently, problem solving oriented, energetic person with excellent communication skills.
The role is about implementing and continuously reinforce the visual merchandising standard, coordinating the different suppliers dedicated to design and produce furniture and counters.
Responsible for all aspects of brand merchandising according to guidelines, across all channels of the distribution.
Implement and continuously reinforce the visual merchandiser for animation, coordinating the suppliers to design and produce all elements needed for animation.
Ensure that regional merchandising strategy is applied at local level, in line with local specificities;
Monitor the existing tools of merchandising in the shops and warehouse;
Monthly monitor of competitor animations, shelves, presence and visibility;
Observe the market and competitor’s merchandising solutions and formulate suggestions in order to improve products and brand visibility in the point of sales;
Regular touch with suppliers for all projects starting with negotiation until implementation phase;
Control the design, quality and cost of locally produced materials;
Ensure upgrading and maintenance of all the installations in the point of sales.
